Free re-cleaning of all items
If you're not satisfied with the cleaning of your clothes, we'll re-clean them free of charge.

We'll do everything we can to return your clothes to you in perfect condition.

 

In the rare event that an item is missing or damaged during the cleaning process, we will refund you up to the full value of that item, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
